All prices displayed on the website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.
5. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted in full.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, or issues with payment authorization.
If we need to cancel or amend your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods made available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
Orders are processed within 1 business day, and the estimated delivery time is 1 business day after dispatch.
Shipping fees are as follows:
- AED 50 for orders below AED 150
- Free shipping for orders above AED 150
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping details.
8. Returns and Order Issues
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so that we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Where appropriate and at our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Once an order has been delivered, the customer is responsible for the proper storage and handling of the products in accordance with any instructions provided.
We cannot be held responsible for product issues resulting from improper storage, delayed refrigeration where applicable, misuse, or consumption after opening beyond the recommended timeframe.
