Refund policy
At SABA Plant Based, we take great care in preparing and delivering our products to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. For this reason, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed and delivered.
As our products are food and beverage items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or any request made after the products have been successfully delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so that we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
When reaching out, we recommend including:
- your order number
- a short explanation of the issue
- clear photos of the product received
- clear photos of the outer packaging, if relevant
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will assess the situation and determine the most appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- perishable goods
- opened products
- partially consumed products
- products that have not been stored or handled properly after delivery
- products returned without prior approval
