Shipping policy
At SABA Plant Based, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day. This processing time allows us to prepare your order carefully and ensure that it is ready for dispatch in the best possible conditions.
Please note that orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during exceptional closure periods may be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 1 business day.
We always aim to deliver orders within this timeframe. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated as follows:
- AED 20 for all orders below AED 150
- Free shipping for all orders above AED 150
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses located within the UAE only.
Please make sure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. SABA Plant Based cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information submitted by the customer.
